Nov 12, 2024Wheat (especially refined carbo-hydrates), yeast, sugar, chocolate, coffee, tea, eggs, peanuts, cows’ milk and dairy products, beef, chicken, pork, beans and curry spices. Plus: colourings, preservatives, soy, vitamin supplements, alcohol, liquorice, some fruits or too much fruit (particularly citrus, strawberries, plums, peaches, pineapple, grapes, dried fruit). Also, lots of vegetables (especially raw), including: onion, cabbage, turnips, celery, peppers, watercress, leeks, garlic, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, turnips, radish and beans.
