Is it really advisable not to use a microwave on babies’ milk bottles?

Existing argument is that microwaves heat the liquid unevenly which may cause scalding and that the heat can destroy or change the molecular structure of the breastmilk components. But for realists like me, we can depend on mums to know exactly how many seconds it takes to heat milk in the microwave and know how to expertly shake the milk bottle to distribute evenly. Also, pls be careful in using other people’s microwaves, as they can vary in power.
