How do you store and use breastmilk?

Room temperature (less than 26°C) and covered for up to four hours. • Back of fridge for up to 48 hours (then can be frozen) — it will sediment into layers so needs shaking before use. • Two weeks in a fridge’s freezer box, three months in fridge’s separate freezer, or six months in a dedicated deep-freeze. • Thaw in the fridge, or by standing container in cold/warm water. • Warm by standing container in hot water. • Always discard leftovers — never reheat or re-freeze breastmilk.
