There are distinct body languages which your baby uses to indicate their gas discomfort. These include: curling their tongue upwards; wanting to scream without making a sound; baby gasping or panting; making high-pitched wailing shrills; holding breath between screams; babe’s body is tensing or becoming rigid, making screwed-up faces, resembling a cross between smiling and pain; arms are slighting shaking and making jerky movements; baby is squirming on his bottom or pulling legs up to his chest.
