- Visiting an osteopath, chiropractor, physiotherapist or masseuse who is experienced in maternity care in the first 6–8 weeks postpartum, to put things back into place. This is especially important if you have been left with a sore tail-bone or backache, which can be extremely debilitating. Help avoid the permanent wrinkles of a furrowed brow: get your body sorted. There are also many herbal formulations, herbal teas and flower-essence remedies which can be hugely beneficial.
